Our Story
We are Tom & Kate the owners of Mrs Biggles Bakery located in Easingwold, York.
We first found our love and passion for producing high quality baked goods during our time travelling Europe and Canada in our VW Campervan, who we call Velma. We both worked during the Summer and Winter seasons as Chalet Catering chefs, baking and cooking for high paying clients on holiday. The best part overall was seeing the enjoyment on customers faces.
Kate comes from a family of bakers, Her father being a baker and her mother being a confectionist. Kates parents taught her the skills and knowledge she uses today to produce high quality pastries and cakes.
